Alex strongly believes that there is not one thing that yoga cannot improve and is one of the most simplest forms of exercise to improve body strength and flexibility.

Roughly 40 million adults in the USA suffer from anxiety (that’s around 18% aged 18 and over), making it the most common illness in the country. Even those who haven’t been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder aren’t immune to experiencing stress, tension and anxiety in the hectic lifestyle which we lead today.
